The Scottish Wedding Directory will be out in force at Glasgow Royal Concert this weekend, then Braehead and the SECC in October. Although I'm only attending the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall fair this Saturdday (on holiday when the others are on ).

But we're all really looking forward to meeting our lovely B2Bs. Please come and say hi if you're a forum member.

Do you know if wedding fayes happen later? I can't get up this October, does anyone have them early next year?

Thanks Michelle! Do you know though in general if there tend to be any wedding fayres in Jan-March though? All the ones on here are October and I'm away during that time. e.g. the big one in the SECC, does that only run once a year?

I am hoping to make it along on Sunday, I forgot it was on so hoping to cancel a few plans. Heading to the Whisky Fayre with h2b on Saturday so he gets his day then I get mine on Sunday - ha!! Might be on my lonesome but secretly think I am looking forward to that.

    Hi there!

Currently I can't see any confirmed dates for the big shows in Glasgow for early next year. Although, the bigger shows such as SECC/Royal Concert Hall & the Exhibition at Braehead Arena do run twice yearly so you may be able to make it to one/some of those in the Spring time.

I hope this helps, but do check back to our wedding fair listings at the end of the year/beginning of next and it will surely be updated with the next set of shows.

Hi girls, never thought to add this on my OP but if you check on the business users - special offers and discounts you can grab tickets for the Braehead wedding show for donating towards the charity WHIZZKIDS. You get your tickets AND get to help out a very worthwhile charity at the same time! So if you dont already have your tickets, remember to check out the special offers and discounts section. I'm whizzing up in October for a day trip to hit the wedding show at SECC, dragging SIL2B and my aunt to fly up, do show and get back in a day - crazy!

My friend (and beautiful bridesmaid!) is a photographer and is exhibiting at the Lynnhurst Wedding Fayre on 5th September. Unfortunately myself and H2B are visiting family in Cambridge that weekend, so I won't be able to go myself and offer her my support.
If any of you go, pop over to the Heyes Images table and say hello

Does anyone know what the one in George Square is like (re-arranged Hampden I think)
So far all of the fayres are on days i'm between my nightshifts and no way I could enjoy them walking around like a half shut knife...
The one in George Square is my weekend off and planning on going with my newly engaged friend. Just don't want to be disappointed
