Hi ladies

My wedding is next Friday and whilst I am mainly very excited I am also feeling anxious and tense at times. Over the weekend I had two nights running of wedding nightmares. Think I am pretty overwhelmed. I really want to enjoy this time but I am very tense about my weight and all the stuff which still needs done. I am going to try some mindfulness techniques and see if that helps.

Would love to hear from anyone else whose wedding is very soon. How are you coping?
