I've seen a few posts on this forum asking about personal trainers and weight loss advice etc.

I can remember only too well how important that was from my wedding. It was the one and only time my wife took fitness advice from me (as she had bought a wedding dress as a size 6 and was a size 10 at the time, so it was suddenly a necessity. Apparently that was the last time I was right about anything ).

However, I put together a 14 step process for obtaining an ideal wedding body and I thought it may be worth sharing in case it is of any use to anyone.

Even if it helps just one person, it was worth it.
