    Default DIY place cards

    Hi girls

Looking for some advice. I've both plain place cards and am going to handwrite them. I'd like to put a a little bit of ribbon on each one, like a banner or a runner around the bottom. I can't get a picture uploaded - I don't want a bow or anything, just a strip of ribbon. I'm not sure how I would secure this - I thought about double sided sticky tape at the back.

Any suggestions? Or anyone know how the sticky tape would work?

    Thanks x

    Hey,

Double sided tape works a treat! I have a strip of ribbon on my place cards and secured it at the ends and in the middle. If you put the tape the full length of the ribbon, it makes the ribbon a weird shape so won't be straight. Make sure you cut enough ribbon so that you can secure it at the back of the place cards.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Angela

Thanks for your reply - much appreciated.

Didn't want to give it a try and fail miserably as I don't have that many extra. Saturday night wedding DIY - fun fun!

Double sided tape or glue dots should work.
