Default 25th May 2013 - Mabie House Dumfries

Well our wedding is over and we came back from honeymoon last week and had a nice email waiting for us to say our photos were nearly ready. We got them through a few days ago and absolutely love them!

Photography - We booked Craig from McBeth Photography and he has been absolutely brilliant!
Decoration - We used Makebelieve event for the room decoration and they made the room look stunning.
Videographer - For our videographers we used Mallard productions and we should get our DVD next week so fingers crossed its good.
Band - We booked the Dawn Patrol as our band and I can honestly say we haven't seen a better wedding band, absolutely brilliant! The floor was packed the whole night.
Dress - It was by blue by Enzoani and I bought it down south but used LHG Designs for my headband and was thrilled it it.

Most of our other suppliers were from the borders so if anyone needs any recommendations just let me know!

They wedding day itself went by too quickly as everyone has said it would, but we couldn't have a better day. I was getting worried about the weather, the one thing you have no control over as the weekend before was cold with torrential rain but the whole weekend was glorious sunshine and I actually caught a bit of sun! As everyone says it was the best day of our lives and there isn't a thing I would change everything worked out so perfect, just sad it's all over! Here are some pictures for our day

Jamie had some custom nike IDs made for the evening with our wedding date and to match his kilt. He's a bit of a sneaker freak!

    Thank you very much

My husband borrowed the board from his work and I designed the writing on which he transferred using chalk pens (he traced it on first, I posted pictures in the DIY section). I think it would work well getting white vinyl cut out (like van signage) and sticking it on. We just did the cheap option as we only needed to buy pens! X

It was at a small parish church in New Abbey Dumfries. We definately needed a board as the church was tucked down an old dirt road, so no one would have found it! I think we did all our DIY in the last month before the wedding! Very unorganised!x
