For getting sticky labels off jam-jars - use Sticky Stuff Remover - You can get it in Lakeland and B&Q sells it in the cleaning stuff aisle. Nicer smelling than WD40 for starters. SSR is also great for removing greasy spots around the cooker. Brilliant stuff!

Ooo...your napkin rings are lovely. Are they quite simple to make? I would love to have a bash at them for our big day. X

Thanks they are really easy! I followed these instructions:-

    Napkin Ring Pom-Poms How-To

    1. Stack four sheets of tissue. Cut a 10-by-5-inch rectangle, going through all layers. Make 3/8-inch-wide accordion folds.

    2. Fold an 18-inch piece of floral wire in half, slip over center of tissue, and twist to secure. Trim ends of tissue.

If you google tissue pom pom napkin rings you can see online tutorials and pics good luck!

    3. Separate layers, pulling away from center one at a time.

    4. Bend wire into a loop to fit around napkin, and twist end around loop to secure.

Thanks very much. I'm gonna give this one a bash. Doesn't sound too taxing so surely I can manage them.

    Thank you again. X

No worries, more time consuming than taxing but very effective. I used bead wire jewellery makers use only cost about 1.50 and ribbon was 1 so very cheap too.

Thanks for all your lovely comments girls xx
